Refund & Returns Policy
At 4Drive we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We operate strictly under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, ensuring your statutory rights are always protected.
Section 01
Return Window & Conditions
- Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. This is your statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received. They must be in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Return Costs & Fees
We believe in transparent, honest pricing with no hidden fees.
| Restocking Fee | £0.00 — We do not charge a restocking fee on any return. |
| Change of Mind Returns | Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. |
| Faulty or Damaged Items | We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs in full. |
| Damage on Arrival | Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange collection and replacement or full refund. |

How to Start a Return
Email office@4drive.co.uk or call 07500 282085 to request a Returns Authorisation (RMA). Include your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely in its original box. Do not apply shipping labels directly to the product packaging. Include all original documentation and accessories.

Once received and inspected (within 2 working days), we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 working days.
Section 04
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 fully apply to all purchases from 4Drive:
- If a fault is identified within the first 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
- If a fault appears within the first 6 months, we must prove the goods were not faulty at time of sale before we can refuse a remedy.
- If we sent you the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.
- All return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items are covered by us.

Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received, we follow this process:
| Item Received | We inspect the item within 2 working days of receipt. |
| Decision Notification | You will be notified by email of approval or rejection of your refund. |
| Refund Processed | Approved refunds are issued within 2 working days of our decision. |
| Funds in Your Account | Allow up to 5 additional working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. |
Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. We do not issue refunds by cheque or bank transfer unless your original payment method is no longer valid.
