Section 01
Order Processing & Handling
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders are reviewed and confirmed before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality.

Please note: Orders placed after 14:00 GMT, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been confirmed, the total time required to receive your items at UK destinations is structured as follows:

Delivery timescales are estimates and calculated from the point of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.
Section 04
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.
- If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at office@4drive.co.uk.
- Ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive all order and delivery notifications.
Section 05
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring orders are packed and dispatched correctly. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Important: If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.

- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Return postage for damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be covered by us.
Section 06
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you by email to arrange redelivery.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
- A redelivery charge may apply if the original failed delivery was due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you no longer wish to receive the order after a failed delivery, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.

Your Consumer Rights
This Shipping Policy operates alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
