12-Volt 55 Amp IR/EF Alternator, Bosch-Style - replaces Cat 100-8223 / Bosch 0120488286
This 12-volt, 55-amp alternator is built to OEM specifications for Caterpillar telehandlers, tool carriers and wheel loaders fitted with Perkins engines, including the TH63 and TH103 telehandlers and the IT14F, IT14G and IT18F tool carriers. It uses the internally regulated, externally fanned (IR/EF) design and is manufactured to Bosch specification.
The unit is fitted with a 2-groove V pulley at 86mm outside diameter, matching the original fitment exactly, so it bolts straight in as a fit-and-function replacement with no wiring or bracket changes required.
