This alternator is built for John Deere tractor and cotton picker applications, engineered to OEM specifications for a direct fit and function replacement, delivering a strong 72 amp output at 12 volts to keep the battery and electrical systems fully charged under demanding working conditions. It uses the same mounting and drive dimensions as the original unit, so no bracket modification is required.
It uses an isolated diode type circuit, meaning the diode trio is electrically isolated from the alternator case, and is internally regulated (IR), with a regulator reference of 105-181, giving reliable, self-contained charging performance for John Deere machinery without the need for a separate external regulator. It replaces John Deere AH105520 and AH80094, and interchanges with Lester number 7376.
