This 24-volt, 30-amp alternator is a direct replacement for Komatsu plant fitted with the Nikko IR/EF unit of this specification, most commonly the PC200-6 and PC300-5 excavators running the S6D95 engine. It is built to OEM specifications by Nikko, giving the same fit, output and mounting as the original alternator it replaces, with no modification required for installation.
It replaces the Komatsu 600-821-6190 unit and the Nikko 0-33000-6580 / 01-33-2002 originals. The alternator is an internal-regulator, external-fan design using an S9 pulley measuring 83mm OD across nine grooves, with an M12 x 1.75 threaded main mounting hole and an M5 x 0.8 B+ output stud.
