This alternator is built for marine engine applications as a Delco 10SI series conversion unit, supplied to replace the original Motorola-pattern alternator fitted to many marine engines. This is the 2-wire hook-up version, rated at 94 amps, suited to engines wired for a separate excitation feed.
It is manufactured to OEM specifications for output and mounting, with an internal regulator (IR) and external fan (EF) cooling, plus a 1-inch bottom mounting foot matching the original bracket and a 1-V pulley. The higher 94 amp rating gives extra charging headroom over the standard 63 amp version for boats running more onboard electronics.

This is a Delco 10SI series conversion unit designed to replace Motorola-pattern alternators - check your original unit's pulley and mounting foot match before ordering, as replaced Motorola units with a 15mm ID pulley will not transfer across.
