Alternator for MerCruiser Marine Engines

1998-2002 · 65 Amp · Delco 7SI Type

This is an aftermarket marine alternator engineered for MerCruiser inboard and sterndrive engines, built on the Delco 7SI platform with a 6-groove, 65mm OD pulley. High-temperature epoxy and grease protect the windings from engine bay heat.

Heavy-duty rectifiers and a quality internal regulator give performance equivalent to the original equipment unit, as a direct-fit replacement for Mercury Marine 862031, 862031T and 862031T1 alternators.

Key Features

  • 65 Amp output, 12 Volt, clockwise rotation
  • Delco 7SI type internally regulated (IR) alternator
  • Internal fan (IF), 6-groove 65mm OD pulley
  • High-temperature epoxy & grease for marine engine bays
  • Heavy-duty rectifiers and OEM-equivalent output
