A brand new direct OEM replacement aftermarket stator for the Arctic Cat 1100 series platform, covering the Z1, TZ1, XF, Bearcat 1100, F 1100 and M 1100 built between 2007 and 2017. It is supplied as a plug-and-play unit that drops straight into the position of the original stator, so there is no splicing, no rewiring and no modification to the engine or the loom.
The stator is wound with the highest grade copper, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius, on the highest grade lamination material. That combination is what keeps charging output stable once the engine case is hot and the sled has been working hard. The unit arrives with its connectorized harness, rubber grommet and pick-up coil already fitted, and the opposite connector for the main harness side is supplied in the box. Every stator is tested before it is shipped.

Yes. This is a direct fit, plug-and-play replacement for the original unit on the listed models. The harness is connectorized and the mounting pattern matches the OEM stator, so no drilling, splicing or loom modification is needed.
What is included in the box?

How do I know my old stator has failed?
Typical signs are a battery that will not stay charged, dim or flickering lights that get worse with engine speed, and hard or no starting. Test the old unit with a multimeter and compare the readings against the resistance figures in the specification table above - 0.4 ohms yellow to yellow on the alternator windings and 215 ohms blue to green on the pick-up, both within 20%. A reading that is open circuit, shorted, or well outside those bands points to a failed stator.
Does it come with the pick-up coil, or do I reuse my old one?
The pick-up coil is supplied already fitted to the assembly, so you do not need to transfer the coil from your old stator. The pick-up wire runs 35 mm from the coil to the grommet.
