This CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) module is built to OEM specifications as a direct plug-in replacement for the ignition system on Yamaha YFM 660 Grizzly and YXR Rhino models. It restores reliable spark timing and starting performance without any modification to the original wiring loom.
The unit uses a 3-plug, 18-pin connector layout matching the factory harness, and measures 110mm long by 92mm wide with a 27mm case height, bolting straight into the original mounting location using the 120mm centre-to-centre fixing holes.
