This is a complete 384 piece replacement connector kit for TE Connectivity AMP Superseal Series OEM connectors. It covers the four housing sizes used most often on powersport wiring - 2-way, 3-way, 5-way and 6-way - in both receptacle and plug form, and every connector in the kit comes with its terminals and its wire rubber seals already supplied.
Superseal connectors are the sealed, latching connectors you find throughout ATV, UTV, snowmobile and marine looms, and they are perfectly suited to powersport use in harsh conditions. They are manufactured for reliability and waterproof-ability, rated IP67, and provide a water-tight connection in conditions that would corrode an unsealed block in a season. That makes this kit the right answer for a corroded charging connector, a melted stator plug, a chafed loom repair, or any wiring job where you would rather fit the correct sealed housing than crimp a bullet connector and hope. Eleven terminal removers are included so existing housings can be depinned without damage.

What is included in the kit?
384 pieces in total: 10 pairs of 2-way housings, 5 pairs of 3-way, 5 pairs of 5-way and 4 pairs of 6-way, each supplied in both receptacle and plug form, plus 11 terminal removers. All connectors include the terminals and the wire rubber seals.
How do I know a connector needs replacing rather than cleaning?
Green or white powder inside the housing, terminals that no longer grip, a latch that has broken off, or heat damage and melting around a pin all mean the housing is finished. A connector that is merely dirty can be cleaned, but once a terminal has lost its spring tension it will keep overheating, and the correct repair is a new housing and new terminals.
Are these waterproof?
Yes, when assembled correctly. They are rated IP67 and each connector is supplied with the wire rubber seals that make the seal work. Fit the seal on every populated cavity, and blank off any unused cavity, or water will track into the housing.
