This Gates REDLINE CVT belt is an aramid-reinforced direct replacement for the Polaris Ranger and Ranger Crew 904cc diesel models, built to OEM dimensions for a fit-and-function match.
The REDLINE construction uses aramid and elastomer materials with a patented EE compound rather than a standard fabric belt, giving greater heat resistance and recovery, improved resistance to cracking and wear, and no harmful chlorinated compounds. It is finished in the standard black compound and set to a 26-degree angle to match the factory pulley geometry of these models.
