General Purpose Soluble Cutting Oil
Premium High-Stability Suds Oil for All Machining Tasks
Our General Purpose Soluble Cutting Oil is a high-grade mineral oil concentrate designed to produce a stable, milky white emulsion when mixed with water. Widely known in the engineering trade as "Suds Oil," it is formulated to provide superior cooling and lubrication for a wide variety of metalworking operations. This fluid is biostable, resisting bacterial growth and spoilage to ensure a longer sump life and a cleaner working environment.

Questions & Answers
Is this oil safe for aluminum?
Yes, this formula is designed for multi-metal applications, including mild steel, stainless steel, and most aluminum alloys. It provides excellent surface finish without the staining issues associated with some heavy-duty oils.
What is the correct way to mix this fluid?
Always add the oil concentrate to the water while stirring. Never add water to the oil, as this can result in an "invert emulsion" which will not provide the cooling or lubrication required for your tools.
Can I use this in my manual bandsaw and lathe?
Absolutely. It is the industry standard for manual machine tools and is equally effective in CNC machinery where biostability is critical for long-term sump use.
Note: Not suitable for machining magnesium alloys due to potential fire hazards with water-based coolants. Store in cool, dry conditions between 5°C and 40°C.
