A brand new RMSTATOR generator stator for the air-cooled Suzuki Katana GS range and the GR 650. It is a direct replacement for the original unit, plug-and-play, a direct fit and easy to install, with the connector and rubber grommet supplied so the joint can be made up cleanly.
The windings are the highest grade copper, rated to resist 200 degrees Celsius, on the highest grade lamination materials - the combination that keeps output stable once the engine is up to temperature. All products shipped are tested. A three-wire, three-pin output with a 300 mm tail from the stator to the grommet and a 620 mm run from the grommet to the plug means the harness reaches without stretching or splicing.

How can I confirm my old stator has failed?
Measure across the three White alternator wires with a multimeter. Each pair should read 0.9 ohms +/-20%, and any White wire measured to ground should show O.L. on the display. A shorted or open winding will not charge the battery and confirms the stator needs replacing.
There are a lot of OEM numbers listed - which one matters?
Suzuki used several part numbers across this range and the numbers were superseded over the production run. Read the number stamped or printed on your original stator and look for it in the cross reference table above; if it appears there, this unit is the correct replacement.
