This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator for the Polaris Sportsman 600 built in 2004 and 2005 and the carburettor Sportsman 700 built between 2004 and 2006. It is supplied as RMSTATOR part RM01330 and is a direct replacement for your original unit, fitting the factory mounting points and following the same loom routing.
The assembly is built on the highest grade lamination materials and wound with the highest grade copper, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius, and the pick-up pulsar coil is supplied already fitted along with the connector and the rubber grommet. Please note that the factory 16-pin connector is not included, so the original one is reused. Every unit is tested before it is shipped.

Does this stator fit without modification?
Yes. It is a direct replacement for the original unit on the Sportsman 600 and the carburettor Sportsman 700, using the factory mounting points and the original loom routing, so no cutting, splicing or drilling is needed.
What is included?
The stator, the pick-up pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet. The factory 16-pin connector is not supplied, so the one on your machine is reused.
How can I tell my old stator has failed?
Measure it cold with a multimeter. Expect 0.4 ohms plus or minus 20% yellow/red to yellow on the charging winding and 200 ohms plus or minus 20% blue to green on the pick-up. A winding that reads open circuit, or that shows continuity to the stator body, has failed.
Does it fit the fuel-injected Sportsman 700?
