This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator supplied as a direct replacement for the original charging unit on Victory motorcycles. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit assembly built to the original 42 mm interior diameter, 126 mm exterior diameter and 24 mm thickness, with the original 125 mm lead from the stator to the grommet and 245 mm run from the grommet to the plug. It therefore mounts in the standard stator cover and the harness follows the original route to the original connector position, with no modification required.
The stator is built on highest grade lamination materials and wound with highest grade copper windings that are resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. On a large air-cooled V-twin the stator lives in a hot, oil-filled environment and the insulation temperature rating is the main factor in how long a replacement survives. The connector and the rubber grommet are both included so the case seals correctly on refitting, and every unit is tested before it is shipped.
