Honda CBR 600 RR 2003-2006 - Part number RMS010-101510
This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator, built as a direct replacement for the original unit fitted to the Honda CBR 600 RR. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part: it bolts into the original position and plugs into the original three-pin connector, so no modification of the wiring loom is required.
The core uses the highest grade of lamination materials and the windings are the highest grade of copper, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. The connector and rubber grommet are included, and we also supply the opposite connector for the main harness side - these are often found melted, corroded or defective, and are a major cause of repeat electrical issues that can persist even after a new stator is fitted. All products shipped are tested.

What is included in the box?

How do I tell if my old stator has failed?
Unplug the stator and measure resistance between each pair of the three yellow wires - each pair should read 0.5 ohms +/-20%. Then check between any yellow wire and the engine case; there should be no continuity. An open circuit, a badly unbalanced reading, or a short to earth indicates the stator has failed. A battery that will not hold charge and browning of the windings are supporting symptoms.
Does this stator include a pick-up or pulsar coil?
No. This is the three-phase alternator stator only - 3 wires into a single 3-pin plug. The CBR 600 RR pulse generator is a separate component and is not part of this assembly.
