Generator Stator for Honda Silver Wing FSC600 and FJS600
Honda FSC600A, FSC600D, Silver Wing FJS600, FJS600A, FJS600D 2002-2013 - Part number RMS010-103427
This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator, built as a direct replacement for the original unit fitted to the Honda Silver Wing maxi-scooter range - FSC600A, FSC600D, FJS600, FJS600A and FJS600D. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part that mounts in the original position and plugs into the original three-pin connector, so no modification of the wiring loom is required.
The core is built from the highest grade lamination materials and the windings are the highest grade copper, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. On a heavy touring scooter that spends time in traffic with the fan running and the electrical load high, that thermal margin is what keeps the windings intact. The connector and rubber grommet are included, and we also supply the opposite connector for the main harness side, because the original is often melted, corroded or defective and is a major cause of repetitive electrical issues. All products shipped are tested.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit without modification?
Yes. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit replacement using the original mounting and the original 3-pin plug, so no cutting or splicing of the harness is required. This part covers several Silver Wing variants over a long production run, so please confirm the OEM number on your original unit - 31120-MEF-003, 31120-MCT-681 or 31120-MCT-003 - before ordering.
What is included in the box?
You receive the stator with its connector and rubber grommet fitted, plus the opposite connector for the main harness side. Fitting both halves of the connector at once is the reliable fix when the original plug has overheated.
How do I tell if my old stator has failed?
Unplug the stator and measure resistance between each pair of the three white wires - each pair should read 0.4 ohms +/-20%. Then check between any white wire and the engine case; there should be no continuity. An open circuit, a badly unbalanced reading between pairs, or a short to earth confirms a failed stator. On the Silver Wing a battery that keeps going flat and a burnt smell at the connector are the usual warning signs.
Are the leads the original length?
Yes. The wiring runs 100 mm from the stator body to the rubber grommet and a further 200 mm from the grommet to the plug, matching the original routing so the connector meets the loom in its factory position.
