This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator built as a direct replacement for the original charging coil fitted to the Honda VTX 1300 in 2003 and 2004. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part - the original loom plugs straight into it and no modification to the wiring or the engine cases is needed. The stator is supplied complete with its pickup pulsar coil, connector, rubber grommet and back plate, so the whole assembly can be swapped as one piece rather than transferring parts across from the old unit.
