This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator, built as a direct replacement for the original unit fitted to Husaberg FE and FX 390 and 570 models, Husqvarna TE 250 and TE 300 i models, and KTM 500, 505 and 525 ECX, XC-W and SX-F models built between 2008 and 2023. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part, so installation is straightforward and no modification to the wiring loom or to the engine cases is required.
The stator is built on the highest grade lamination materials and wound with the highest grade copper windings, rated to resist 200 degrees Celsius. A connector and a rubber grommet are supplied with the unit. Every part is tested before it is shipped. Our part number for this stator is RMS010-103210.

How can I tell that my old stator has failed?
Typical symptoms are a battery that will not hold charge, dim or flickering lights and difficult starting. With the stator unplugged, measure the resistance between the two Black alternator wires: it should read 0.4 ohms with a tolerance of plus or minus 20%. A reading well outside that range points to a failed winding.
What are the physical dimensions?
The stator measures 35 mm interior diameter, 89 mm exterior diameter and 18 mm thick. The wires run 94 mm from the stator to the grommet and a further 406 mm from the grommet to the plug. Compare these against your original unit if you are unsure.
