A brand new aftermarket stator for the Kawasaki inline four, supplied as a direct replacement to your original unit. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit item that uses the standard mounting points and the single three-pin connection, so the failed original comes out and this one goes straight in without altering the loom. The three-phase winding is made to the original electrical specification, so the regulator rectifier sees the AC input it expects.
Construction uses the highest grade lamination materials and the highest grade copper windings, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. Along with the stator you get a connector, a rubber grommet and the opposite connector for the main harness side. That last item is worth having: those plugs are often found melted, corroded or defective and are a major cause of repetitive electrical issues, so renewing both halves at once removes the most common source of a repeat failure. All products shipped are tested. The part reference is RMS010-101514.

Is any modification needed to fit it?
No. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit replacement using the original mounting points and the same single three-pin plug, so the loom stays untouched.
What is in the box?
The stator, a connector, a rubber grommet and the opposite connector for the main harness side so both halves of a heat damaged plug can be replaced together.
How do I confirm my stator has failed?
Look for a battery that will not stay charged, lights that dim as revs drop, or a bike that dies once the battery is exhausted. With a multimeter the wire to wire resistance black to black should be around 0.5 ohms plus or minus 20 per cent. An open circuit, a reading far from that figure, or continuity between a winding and the stator core all mean the unit has gone.
Why does the connector matter so much on these models?
The three-phase plug carries the full alternator output and runs hot. Once a pin has started to melt or corrode, resistance rises and the new stator is put under the same stress that killed the last one. Fitting the supplied opposite connector at the same time is the standard way to break that cycle.
