Generator Stator - Suzuki Boulevard M109R / VZR1800
2006-2017 | Plug-and-play replacement | Pickup coil, connector and grommet included
A new generator stator for the Suzuki Boulevard M109R and VZR1800, built as a direct replacement for the original 32101-48G20 assembly.
The M109R is heavy on its charging system, and a failing stator gives the classic pattern: the battery is fine overnight but flat after a ride, the voltmeter sits below 13V at speed, and eventually the bike will not restart. This unit uses high grade laminations and 200°C-rated copper windings, and ships with the pickup coil, connector and grommet already fitted.

Frequently Asked Questions
My battery goes flat after a ride - is the stator the cause?
Measure voltage at the battery with the engine running at about 3000 rpm. Around 13.8-14.5V is healthy; if it sits at or below battery voltage, either the stator or the regulator/rectifier has failed. Check the stator's AC output next to tell them apart.
Should I replace the regulator/rectifier too?
Test it before fitting the new stator. A faulty regulator is the most common reason a replacement stator fails early, and the M109R's charging system runs hot to begin with.
Is this a genuine Suzuki part?
No - it is a new aftermarket equivalent built to the original specification. The Suzuki number is listed for cross-reference only.
What is included?
The stator with the pickup coil fitted, plus the OE-style connector and rubber grommet. Reuse your existing cover gasket or fit a new one as required.
