A brand new aftermarket generator stator built as a direct replacement for the original charging unit fitted to the Honda VF Sabre and Magna V4 range. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part that goes back in exactly where the original came out, with no modification to the engine cases or the wiring loom. The part number is RM01460.
The unit is built on the highest grade lamination materials and wound with the highest grade copper windings, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius, which is the usual failure point on the original Honda units. It carries three wires into a single three pin plug on a generous 750 mm tail, and the connector and rubber grommet are supplied already fitted. All products shipped are tested.

Does this stator need any modification to fit?
No. It is a direct, plug-and-play replacement for the original Honda unit, supplied with the connector and rubber grommet already fitted. No cutting or splicing of the loom is required.

How do I know my original stator has failed?
Check it with a multimeter. This unit reads 0.4 ohms +/- 20% black to black across the alternator windings. A reading that is open circuit, shorted to earth, or well outside that figure points to a failed stator.
How long is the wiring tail?
There is 70 mm from the stator to the grommet and 750 mm from the grommet to the plug, giving three wires into a single three pin connector.
