This is a brand new 100-200W lighting stator for the SEM ignition system used on KTM LC4 and Husaberg four-stroke models. It may look different to the part you take off, but it is still a direct replacement for your original unit - plug-and-play, direct fit and easy installation, using the original mounting position and the original wiring route. This stator has a different design than the original but it is a direct fit. The pick up coil is included on the assembly.
The unit is built on the highest grade lamination materials and wound with the highest grade copper windings, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. On an air-cooled LC4 or Husaberg single that heat rating is the difference between a stator that keeps its output and one that cooks. All product shipped are tested and all item pictures are accurate. This part is supplied under RMSTATOR part number RM01192 and replaces OEM part number 58031002050.

The photos do not look like my original stator - is it still correct?
Yes. This stator has a different design than the original but it is a direct fit. It uses the original mounting position and the original wiring route, so no modification is needed.
What is included?
The lighting stator with the pick up coil included. There is no plug on this unit - the six wires run 677 mm from the stator to the terminal. All product shipped are tested.
How do I tell whether my old stator has failed?
Measure the windings with a multimeter against the figures in the Technical Specs table. The alternator windings should read 0.4 ohms +/-20% between each yellow wire, the pickup should read 30 ohms +/-20% from black to green, and the source coil should read 1300 ohms +/-20% from black to red. An open circuit, a badly out of range reading, or continuity from a winding to the stator core all indicate a failed unit.
How much lighting output does this give?
It is rated at 100-200W, which is the standard output range for this SEM lighting stator application.
