The RM30506H is a brand new three phase MOSFET voltage regulator rectifier. Stop burning your regulator rectifier - it is time to replace the original diode style unit with the advanced MOSFET type, which runs cooler than any OEM diode regulator. This unit also has overheat protection: rather than burning up under extreme load it simply turns off for a while and cools down.
It is a direct replacement for your original unit, plug-and-play, direct fit and easy to install. Higher grade electrical components and an improved heat sink give better charging capability, quality exceeds the OEM equipment, and all shipped products are tested. The opposite connector for the main harness side is included, as these are often melted, corroded or defective and a major cause of repeat electrical faults.

On the listed applications it is a direct replacement, plug-and-play and direct fit. The one documented exception is the 2006 and 2007 Can-Am Outlander 400, which requires special installation.
What is included?
One RM30506H MOSFET regulator rectifier with two plugs and five pins, plus the opposite connector for the main harness side so a burnt or corroded loom plug can be renewed at the same time.
How do I tell the old regulator has failed?
A battery that will not hold charge, charging voltage that never settles near 14.5 V, an over-charged battery that boils, lights that dim or flicker with revs, and a regulator body that is too hot to touch are the usual signs. Melted connector pins are a further clue.
