The RM30502H is an advanced MOSFET voltage regulator rectifier for the Suzuki GSXR 600, 750 and 1000, Boulevard C50 and C90, and V-Strom 650 from 2001 to 2019. Unlike the original diode style regulator it uses MOSFET switching, which runs significantly cooler, and it carries overheat protection - rather than burning out it simply shuts down for a while and cools off. Heat is what kills conventional regulators, so this is the single biggest upgrade you can make to an ageing Suzuki charging circuit.
It is a direct replacement for your original unit: plug-and-play, direct fit and easy to install, with no assembly required. Higher grade electrical components and an improved heat sink lift charging capability beyond the OEM equipment, and every product shipped is tested. Yes. The RM30502H is a direct replacement for the original unit, plug-and-play and direct fit, with no assembly required. The mounting holes are 75 mm apart centre to centre and the two plugs carry the same seven wires as the factory regulator.

What is the advantage of a MOSFET regulator?
MOSFET switching wastes far less energy as heat than the diode design used in the original units, so the regulator runs cooler and lasts longer. This one also has overheat protection: instead of burning up under extreme load, it turns off temporarily and cools down before resuming.
How do I tell the old regulator has failed?
Look for a battery that will not hold charge, charging voltage that never settles around 14.5 V at the battery, an over-charged battery that boils or swells, lights that dim or flicker with revs, and a regulator body that runs extremely hot. Melted or discoloured connector pins are a further warning sign.
