Oxygen O2 Exhaust Sensor for Arctic Cat, Textron and Yamaha
Arctic Cat Prowler 500, Textron Alterra 700 and Yamaha SR Viper 1000 - 2014-2024
Brand new aftermarket oxygen O2 exhaust sensor, built as a direct replacement for your original unit. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part with easy installation. All products shipped are tested, and all item pictures are accurate - if in doubt, do not hesitate to compare our item to your original part before ordering.
The oxygen sensor sits in the exhaust and reports the oxygen content of the exhaust gas back to the engine management, which uses it to trim the fuel mixture. A tired or contaminated sensor leaves the machine running rich or lean, with poor fuel economy, rough running and a stored fault code. This unit is 60 mm long with a 16.8 mm body, carries a 450 mm lead, and uses a single 4-terminal plug on 4 wires reading 8.5 ohms plus or minus 20 per cent white to white at room temperature.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it fit without modification?
Yes. On the models listed above it is a plug-and-play direct fit that replaces the original sensor with no wiring changes or modification.
What is included?
The oxygen O2 exhaust sensor with its 450 mm lead and 4-terminal plug. No other hardware is supplied with this part.
How do I tell the old sensor has failed?
Rich or lean running, poor fuel economy, hesitation and a stored oxygen sensor fault code are the usual signs. With the sensor cold and unplugged, the heater circuit should read about 8.5 ohms white to white, within 20 per cent - an open or shorted reading confirms the sensor has failed.
Do I need to re-use anything from the old sensor?
No. The replacement carries the same 4-terminal plug and 450 mm lead as the original, so it connects straight to the existing harness. Check the OEM number on your old unit against the cross reference table before ordering.
