Polaris Predator, Sportsman and Outlaw 50 and 90, RZR 170 - 2007 to 2019 - Yamaha YFM Raptor 90 - 2016 to 2024

A brand new aftermarket stator covering the small-capacity Polaris youth range and the Yamaha Raptor 90. It replaces the original unit on the Polaris Predator, Sportsman and Outlaw in 50 and 90 cc form and on the RZR 170 from 2007 to 2019, and on the Yamaha YFM Raptor 90 from 2016 to 2024. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part: four wires into a single four-pin plug, exactly as the original, so it mounts in the same position and the loom reconnects with no cutting or splicing. The stator is built on highest grade lamination materials and wound with highest grade copper insulated to 200 degrees Celsius. Three resistance figures let you check the unit before and after fitting: red to black reads 1 ohm, yellow to black reads 0.8 ohm, and the pickup reads 120 ohms from blue to black, each within a 20 percent tolerance. The compact 88 mm outside diameter and 12 mm thickness match the original, and the harness runs 155 mm from the stator to the grommet and a further 265 mm from the grommet to the plug. The pickup pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet are supplied on the assembly, and every unit is tested before shipping.
