RM30806 Voltage Regulator Rectifier
Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha ATV, UTV, motorcycle and PWC - 1999-2026
The RM30806 is a brand new aftermarket voltage regulator rectifier supplied as a direct replacement for the original unit on a wide range of Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles and personal watercraft built between 1999 and 2026. It is plug-and-play and a direct fit, so installation is easy and there is no assembly required.
Higher grade electrical components and an improved heat sink give better charging capability than the factory part, and quality exceeds the OEM equipment. Every unit shipped is tested first. The opposite connector for the main harness side is included as well, since that plug is frequently melted, corroded or defective and is a major cause of repeat electrical faults. If you are in any doubt, compare the unit against your original part before fitting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it fit without modification?
Yes. On the listed applications the RM30806 is a direct replacement for the original unit, plug-and-play and direct fit, with no assembly required. The mounting holes are 72 mm apart centre to centre and the single six pin plug matches the factory connector.
What is included?
One RM30806 voltage regulator rectifier with its six pin plug, plus the opposite connector for the main harness side so a melted or corroded loom plug can be renewed at the same time.
How do I tell my old regulator rectifier has failed?
A battery that will not hold charge, charging voltage that never settles near 14.5 V at the battery, an over-charged battery that boils or swells, lights that dim or flicker with engine speed, and a regulator body that runs far too hot are the classic symptoms.
Is one part really right for so many machines?
Yes - these manufacturers used the same six pin regulator design across many ATV, UTV, motorcycle and PWC models, which is why the cross reference list runs to more than thirty OEM numbers. Match the number on your existing unit to the table above to confirm.
