What is included?

How do I know the old regulator has failed?
With the engine running, the charging voltage at the battery should be around 14.5 V +/- 0.5 V. Repeatedly flat batteries, a battery that gasses and loses electrolyte, dim or flickering lights, and a scorched or discoloured regulator connector are all classic symptoms.
