Voltage Regulator Rectifier
CFMoto 800 MT, KTM Adventure 790, Yamaha YZF R1 and MT-10 2013-2025 - Part RMS020-107245
A brand new aftermarket voltage regulator rectifier that serves as a direct replacement for your original unit across three different manufacturers. The same regulator interface is used by CFMoto on the 800 MT, by KTM on the Adventure 790 and by Yamaha on the YZF R1 and MT-10, which is why one part carries OEM numbers from all three. It is plug-and-play, direct fit and easy to install with no assembly required.
The unit is compact at 80 mm long, 66 mm wide and 28 mm high, with the fixation holes 68 mm apart centre to centre. A single plug carries five pins. Higher grade electrical components are used throughout, the quality exceeds the OEM equipment, and all products shipped are tested. Charging is regulated to a minimum of 14.5 V +/- 0.5 V with open circuit voltage held below 15 V.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit without modification?
Yes. It is a direct fit, plug-and-play replacement with a single 5-pin plug and 68 mm centre-to-centre fixation holes, so it uses the original mounting and connector. No assembly is required.
How can one regulator suit CFMoto, KTM and Yamaha?
These manufacturers share the same regulator specification and connector on the models listed, which is why the part carries four OEM numbers across three brands. The safest check is to compare the number on your existing unit against the cross reference table above.
How do I tell whether my old regulator has failed?
With the engine running, measure across the battery terminals. A healthy system should reach at least 14.5 V +/- 0.5 V. A reading stuck at resting battery voltage means no charge is being produced, while a reading well above 15 V means the regulator is overcharging. Melted or browned pins in the plug are a further sign.
What is included?
The voltage regulator rectifier unit, tested before dispatch. It fits the existing mounting points and harness plug, so no extra hardware is supplied or needed.
