Voltage Regulator Rectifier for Honda CB, CRF, NSC and GLR
Honda CB 125 / 190, CRF 250 / 450 R and RX, NSC 50 / 110 and GLR 125, 2011-2025 - OEM replacement 31600-KZL-931 - Part RMS020-107243
This is a brand new aftermarket voltage regulator rectifier supplied as a direct replacement for the original unit fitted across a wide range of small and mid-capacity Honda machines - the CB 125 and CB 190 road bikes, the CRF 250 and CRF 450 R and RX competition models, the NSC 50 and NSC 110 scooters and the GLR 125. Installation is plug-and-play and direct fit.
The regulator rectifier rectifies the alternating current produced by the stator into direct current and then holds the charging voltage at a level the battery and electronics can take. This unit is built with a higher grade of electric components and the quality exceeds the OEM equipment. The opposite connector for the main harness side is also included, because RMSTATOR note that these connectors are often melted or corroded and are a major cause of repetitive electrical issues - fitting the new plug alongside the regulator removes that risk in one job.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit without modifying the wiring?
Yes. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit replacement for the original unit. There is one five-pin plug and the fixation holes sit 71 mm apart centre to centre, so it mounts and connects exactly as the original did with no cutting or splicing of the loom.
What is included?
The voltage regulator rectifier and an additional connector for the main harness side, so the plug on the bike can be renewed at the same time as the regulator.
How do I know the old regulator has failed?
Look for a battery that will not hold charge, lights that dim or flicker with engine speed, or a charging voltage at the battery terminals that sits outside the normal range. A healthy system settles around 14.5 V. Well below that means the battery is not being charged; well above 15 V means it is being overcharged.
This part covers several very different Hondas - how do I confirm mine?
The safest check is the OEM number. Read the number moulded or stamped on your original regulator and compare it with 31600-KZL-931 or 31600-KPN-E01 in the table above, then check the physical size - 90 mm long by 61 mm wide by 27 mm high with 71 mm between the mounting holes and a single five-pin plug.
