Voltage Regulator Rectifier - RMS020-101473
Honda CBR 1000, NC 700, NC 750 and NSS 300 Forza - 2013-2024
A brand new aftermarket voltage regulator rectifier supplied as a direct replacement for the original unit on the Honda CBR 1000, NC 700, NC 750 and NSS 300 Forza built between 2013 and 2024. It is plug-and-play and a direct fit, so installation is easy and no assembly is required. A higher grade of electric components is used, the quality exceeds the OEM equipment, and every unit is tested before it is shipped.
This is a large bodied unit at 150 mm long, 95 mm wide and 50 mm high, with 90 mm between the fixation hole centres and 2 plugs carrying 5 pins, matching the original mounting and connections. It holds a minimum charging voltage of 14.5 V +/- 0.5 V, keeps the open circuit voltage below 15 V and will handle up to 50 A / 500 W of charging current, over an operating range of -20 C to 85 C. A regulator that no longer holds those figures will cook a battery or leave it flat, so replacing a tired unit protects the rest of the charging system.
Key Features
- Direct replacement to your original unit

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit without modification?
Yes. It is a direct fit replacement for the original unit, using the same 2 plugs, 5 pins and 90 mm fixation hole spacing, so it is plug-and-play and no assembly is required. This model range spans several variants, so please confirm the OEM number on your original regulator against the cross reference table above before ordering.
What is supplied?
The voltage regulator rectifier itself, tested before dispatch. No further assembly is required before fitting.
How can I tell my old regulator rectifier has failed?
Common symptoms are a battery that will not hold charge, a charging voltage at the battery terminals that never reaches about 14.5 V or that climbs above 15 V, lights that dim or flare with engine speed, and a regulator body that runs extremely hot. Melted or discoloured connector pins point to the same fault.
Will it cope with the current my bike produces?
The unit is rated to a maximum charging current of 50 A / 500 W and works across a -20 C to 85 C range, which covers the standard charging output on these models with the usual lighting and accessory loads.
