This is a brand new REVOLT voltage regulator, built to replace the failed or failing original unit on your Suzuki. REVOLT was developed to move past 30-year-old regulator technology. Its redesigned rectifier addresses the weak rectifier design that causes 85 per cent of voltage regulator failures in powersports applications, rather than only improving the regulator side of the circuit as most modern replacements do.
Two years of research and development, together with a careful choice of top graded performance components, allow REVOLT to run substantially cooler than the best OEM and competitor products on the market - around 50 per cent cooler than OEM. The proprietary Arctic Frostbite housing uses increased and deeper fins and is CNC-machined from a high-quality aluminium billet, dissipating heat 45 per cent faster than OEM for optimal heat transfer from the internal components to fresh air. REVOLT is engineered, designed and manufactured in North America under strict quality control standards, and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Will this fit without modifying my bike?

How do I know my old regulator has failed?
A healthy charging system holds at least 14.5 V at the battery with the engine running. A reading that stays at battery voltage, or one that climbs above the open circuit limit of 15 V, points to a failed regulator. Melted or discoloured plugs and a case that is too hot to touch are the other common signs.
What makes REVOLT different from a standard replacement?
