Will it fit without modification?
Yes, on the models listed. The 58 mm fixation hole spacing and the 57 x 40 x 60 mm body match the original solenoid, so it bolts into the standard bracket and takes the standard cable terminals. Checking the number moulded or printed on your existing solenoid against the cross reference table is the surest confirmation.
What is included?

How do I know the old solenoid has failed?
The usual signs are a single loud click with no engine turnover, rapid chattering while you hold the start button, or silence from the starter while the gauges and lights stay bright. A solenoid with welded contacts may also keep the starter cranking after the button is released. Because a flat or cold-soaked battery produces almost identical symptoms on a snowmobile, check the battery voltage and the tightness of both terminals before condemning the solenoid.
My machine lists a different Polaris part number - is this still correct?
