Stator for Triumph Speed Triple 1050, Sprint GT, Sprint ST and Tiger 1050
Triumph 1050 range - 1994 to 2020 - OEM replacement T1300111 / T1300509 - Part RM01390
This is a brand new generator stator built as a direct replacement for the original charging stator used across the Triumph 1050 range - the Speed Triple 1050, Sprint GT 1050, Sprint ST 1050 and Tiger 1050. It cross references Triumph part numbers T1300111 and T1300509 and is a plug-and-play, direct fit item, so it mounts on the standard fixings and plugs into the existing loom with no cutting or splicing required.
The stator is built on highest grade lamination materials and wound with highest grade copper windings rated to 200 degrees Celsius. Along with the connector and rubber grommet, the package also includes an additional opposite connector for the main harness side, because the original harness plug on these Triumph models commonly suffers from melting or corrosion and is best renewed at the same time as the stator. Every unit is tested before it is shipped.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it fit without modification?
Yes. This is a direct, plug-and-play replacement that uses the original mounting points and connector, so no cutting or splicing of the loom is needed. Check the part number on your existing stator against T1300111 or T1300509 before ordering to be certain of fitment.
What is included in the box?
The stator, its connector, a rubber grommet, and an additional opposite connector for the main harness side. Every unit is tested before it is shipped.
Why is a second connector supplied?
The connector on the main harness side of these Triumphs often suffers from melting or corrosion, which causes charging faults even when the stator itself is sound. Renewing both halves of the connection at the same time avoids fitting a new stator into a damaged plug and having the problem return.
How do I know my old stator has failed?
The usual signs are a battery that will not hold charge, dimming lights, a charging warning, or the bike cutting out. Test with a multimeter across the three black wires: each pair should read approximately 0.5 ohms +/- 20%. An open circuit, a short to the engine case, or readings well away from that figure point to a failed stator. Inspect the connector for melting at the same time.
