RMS010-100032 is a brand new aftermarket stator supplied as a direct replacement for the original unit fitted to the CF Moto CFORCE 500, CFORCE 500 X5 and UFORCE 500 from 2007 to 2016. It is a plug-and-play, direct-fit assembly: the core mounts in the standard position and the five wires terminate in the correct plugs for the machine's existing loom, so no cutting, splicing or rewiring is required to complete the job.
The pickup pulsar coil is supplied with the stator, so the ignition trigger and the charging windings are renewed in one go rather than leaving an original trigger coil of unknown age in place. RMSTATOR also include the opposite connector - the main harness side half of the plug - because on these machines that joint is frequently found melted, corroded or otherwise defective, and renewing both halves together is often what actually cures an intermittent charging or ignition fault. Construction uses the highest grade lamination materials and highest grade copper windings resistant to 200 degrees Celsius, a rubber grommet is included, and all products shipped are tested.

What is included in the box?

How do I confirm the old stator has failed?
Unplug it and test cold with a multimeter. The alternator windings should read about 0.4 ohms and the pickup about 200 ohms, both within 20 per cent. An open circuit, a near-zero short between phases, or continuity between any winding and the stator core all indicate a failed unit.
Why is a second connector supplied?
The main harness side plug on these CF Moto machines is often found melted, corroded or otherwise defective. Supplying the opposite connector means both halves of the joint can be renewed at the same time rather than fitting a new stator to a damaged plug.
