Stator for Suzuki DR125 SE and DR200 SE - OEM 32101-42A30 / 32101-42A40
Suzuki DR125 SE 1994-1996 and DR200 SE 1996-2013 - part number RMS010-100087
A brand new aftermarket stator built as a direct replacement for the original charging and ignition unit on the Suzuki DR125 SE and DR200 SE. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit assembly, so the original wiring, flywheel and cover positions are all retained and no modification to the bike is needed. The pick up pulsar coil is supplied already mounted on the stator plate, which means the ignition timing reference and the charging windings are replaced together in a single job.
The unit is wound with the highest grade copper windings, rated to resist 200 degrees Celsius, and built on highest grade lamination materials, so it stands up to the heat soak inside a small air-cooled engine case. Every unit is tested before it is shipped. The opposite connector for the main harness side is also included, because that plug is very often melted, corroded or otherwise defective on a bike that has already lost a stator, and a damaged harness plug is a common cause of repeat electrical faults.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit without modifying my bike?
Yes. It is a direct replacement for the original unit and is plug-and-play, so it uses the standard mounting holes and the standard connectors. No cutting, splicing or drilling is required. Before ordering, check that the OEM number stamped on your original unit is 32101-42A30 or 32101-42A40.
What is included in the box?
The stator itself with the pick up pulsar coil already fitted, the connector, the rubber grommet, and the opposite connector for the main harness side. Every unit is tested before it leaves us.
How do I know my old stator has failed?
A meter is the quickest check. Across the two yellow alternator wires you should read about 0.6 ohms, plus or minus 20 per cent. The pickup, measured White/Green to White/Red, should read about 100 ohms, plus or minus 20 per cent. An open circuit, a near-zero short, or continuity between any winding and the stator body points to a failed unit.
Why is a second connector supplied?
The matching plug on the main harness is often melted or corroded by the time a stator fails, and a damaged plug will keep causing charging faults even with a new stator fitted. Supplying the opposite connector lets you renew both halves of the joint at the same time.
