Brand new stator crankcase cover gasket - part RM08031 - replaces Polaris 5813505

The stator crankcase cover gasket is the seal between the engine case and the stator cover. It does two things at once: it keeps engine oil sealed inside the crankcase, and it keeps water, dust and trail debris out of the stator windings and the flywheel that sit behind the cover. On a hard-worked machine like the RZR 900 XP this cover is removed whenever the charging system is inspected or the stator is changed, and the gasket should be renewed each time - a gasket that has already been torqued down once has taken a permanent set and will rarely seal cleanly again.

This is a brand new replacement gasket cut to the original pattern for the 2011 and 2012 RZR 900 XP and RZR 4 900 XP, so the bolt holes and the oil passages line up with the factory case and no trimming or modification is needed. It replaces Polaris part number 5813505 and carries a one year limited warranty.
