Brand new aftermarket generator stator, built as a direct replacement to your original unit on the Arctic Cat 700 and TRV 700 and on the Suzuki LTA 700 and LTA 750 X KingQuad. It is plug-and-play, a direct fit and an easy installation - the mounting pattern and the plugs match the original part, so nothing has to be cut, spliced or re-pinned.
The unit uses the highest grade lamination materials and copper windings resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. As well as the pick-up pulsar coil, connector and rubber grommet, the opposite connector for the main harness side is supplied: on these machines that connector is a known weak point and is often found melted or corroded, which is a major cause of repeat electrical faults. Every product shipped is tested. This part carries the reference RM01358.

Does it fit without modification?
Yes. It is a direct replacement to your original unit, with the same case mounting and the same five-wire, two-plug arrangement, so it is plug-and-play. The Arctic Cat and Suzuki machines listed share this stator because they share the same engine platform.
What is included in the box?
The stator with its pick-up pulsar coil, the connector, the rubber grommet, and the opposite connector for the main harness side. Every product shipped is tested.
Why is a second connector supplied?
On these models the harness-side connector is often melted, corroded or otherwise defective by the time the stator is replaced, and it is a major cause of repeat electrical problems. Fitting the supplied opposite connector at the same time removes that fault path, so it is worth replacing both halves together rather than plugging a new stator into a burnt socket.
How do I tell whether my old stator has failed?
Look for a battery that will not hold charge, dim or flickering lights, weak or intermittent spark, and charging voltage that does not rise as the engine is revved. Check the windings cold with a multimeter: the alternator should read 0.4 ohms +/-20% between the Yellow wires and the pickup 208 ohms +/-20% from Blue to White. An open circuit, a dead short, or any continuity between a winding and the stator body confirms the unit has failed.
