This is a brand new aftermarket 18-pole generator stator for 450, 500 and 700 class ATVs and UTVs built by Bennche, Coleman Powersports, Hisun, Massimo and Qlink. It is a direct replacement for the original unit, plug-and-play and easy to install, and it arrives complete with the pick-up pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet already fitted. An opposite connector for the main harness is also included.
These machines share a common engine family, which is why one stator covers so many badges. The stator sits behind the flywheel and generates the AC current that the regulator rectifier converts into the DC that charges the battery, while its pick-up coil gives the ignition its timing reference. A failing stator is rarely subtle once you know what to look for: a battery that will not hold its charge for more than a day or two, lights that dim at tickover and brighten with the revs, charging that only appears above a certain engine speed, or a machine that cranks strongly but will not fire because the pick-up has gone open circuit. This unit is wound with the highest grade of copper, insulated to withstand 200 degrees Celsius, and built on high grade lamination materials so it runs cooler than the part it replaces.

Will this fit without modification?
Yes, on the applications listed above. It is a direct replacement with the same five-wire output, the same two plugs and the same mounting as the original. Because these machines are sold under several different badges, the surest check is the part number: match 31120-004-000, 31100-F39-0000, 31100-F39-0002 or 327700001 against your original unit, and compare the 115 mm outside diameter.
What is included?
The stator complete with the pick-up pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet, plus an opposite connector for the main harness so a burnt or corroded loom side plug can be renewed at the same time.
How do I confirm my old stator has failed?
Measure it cold. Between the white wires you should read about 0.4 ohms, plus or minus 20 per cent, and the pick-up should read about 200 ohms from blue to black, plus or minus 20 per cent. Anything reading open circuit, anything reading a dead short, and any continuity between a winding and the stator body all confirm the unit has failed.
My machine is badged differently - will it still fit?
