This is a brand new aftermarket stator built as a direct replacement for the original charging coil assembly fitted to the Honda CMX 250 Rebel. It arrives complete and ready to fit, with the pick up pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet already installed, so the unit drops straight into the left-hand engine case in place of the failed original with no modification, no rewiring and no splicing.

What is included in the box?

How do I know my old stator has failed?
The usual signs are a battery that will not stay charged, dimming or flickering lights as the engine revs, and a bike that runs progressively worse the longer it is ridden. Confirm it with a multimeter: measure between each pair of yellow wires and you should read about 0.4 ohms, and check that no wire reads continuity to earth. A reading far outside those figures, or any short to ground, points to a failed stator.
Why does the kit include a second connector?
On a bike that has run with a charging fault, the main harness side of the plug is very often melted or corroded by heat and resistance. Fitting a new stator into a damaged plug simply repeats the fault, so the matching harness side connector is supplied with the part.
