Generator Stator with Pick-Up Pulsar Coil
Honda CR 250 R 2002-2007 - Part RMS010-108364 - Replaces 31100-KZ3-J41
A brand new aftermarket generator stator built as a direct replacement for the original unit fitted to the Honda CR 250 R. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit part designed for straightforward installation, using the highest grade of lamination materials and the highest grade of copper winding, rated to resist 200 degrees Celsius. That temperature rating matters on a two-stroke motocross engine, where the ignition side sees sustained heat and vibration and where the original windings are a common failure point.
The unit is supplied complete rather than as a bare coil pack. The pick-up pulsar coil is included and already fitted, along with the connectors, the rubber grommet and the back plate, so you are not transferring parts across from the old assembly or sourcing them separately. Every unit shipped is tested before it leaves us, and all product photographs are accurate - if you are in any doubt about which unit you need, compare the item shown against your original part and check the OEM number stamped on it against the cross reference table below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit without modification?
Yes. It is a direct replacement for the original unit and is designed for plug-and-play installation. The four wires run into a single 4-pin plug, matching the original layout, so no cutting or splicing is required.
What is included?
The stator is supplied complete with the pick-up pulsar coil already fitted, the connectors, the rubber grommet and the back plate.
How do I know the original stator has failed?
Test it with a multimeter against the figures in the specification table. The alternator winding should read 2.1 ohms plus or minus 20 per cent between the yellow and white wires, and each yellow wire should read open circuit to ground - continuity to ground means the winding has shorted. The pick-up should read 235 ohms plus or minus 20 per cent between the blue/yellow and green/white wires. Readings well outside these figures, or visible discolouration and burning on the windings, point to a failed unit.
Do I need to reuse my old pick-up coil or back plate?
No. Both are supplied with this unit, so there is nothing to transfer across from the old assembly. This also avoids reusing a pick-up coil that may already be degraded, which is a common reason for an ignition fault to persist after a stator change.
