A brand new aftermarket lighting stator supplied as a direct replacement for the original unit on the Honda XR 80 R, XR 100 R, CRF 80 F and CRF 100 F. On these small four-strokes the stator plate carries the lighting and source coils together with the pick-up pulsar coil, so it feeds both the lighting circuit and the ignition trigger. A failed plate typically shows up as no spark, an intermittent misfire, or lights that flicker and die as the engine revs.
The assembly is built on the highest grade lamination materials with the highest grade copper windings, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit that uses the original mounting points and terminals, so no modification is needed. The pick up pulsar coil and rubber grommet are included on the plate, ready to fit. All products shipped are tested.

Does this fit without modification?
Yes. It is a direct replacement for the original stator plate and installs plug-and-play on the standard mountings and terminals. No cutting, splicing or modification of the loom is required.
What is included?
The complete stator plate with the pick up pulsar coil already fitted, plus the rubber grommet. Every unit is tested before it is shipped.
How do I know my old stator has failed?
Check each circuit against earth with a multimeter. The alternator yellow wire should read about 0.4 ohms, the blue/yellow pickup about 120 ohms and the black/red source coil about 500 ohms, each within plus or minus 20 per cent. Readings well outside those figures, or an open circuit, confirm a failed coil. Loss of spark and lights that flicker or fail are the common symptoms.
Does it include the ignition pick-up?
Yes. The pick up pulsar coil is supplied on the plate, with 78 mm of wire from the coil to the grommet, so the ignition trigger is renewed at the same time as the lighting and source coils.
