This is a brand new aftermarket stator, supplied complete with its pick up pulsar coil, built as a direct replacement for the original charging unit fitted to the Kawasaki KVF 300 Brute Force from 2012 to 2023. It replaces OEM part number 21003-Y007. The unit is plug-and-play, a direct fit, and easy to install, with no changes needed to the wiring loom.
The stator is built on the highest grade of lamination materials and wound with the highest grade of copper winding, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. The pick up pulsar coil, a connector and a rubber grommet are supplied with it. All products shipped are tested before they leave. Our part number for this stator is RMS010-104839.

What is included?

How can I tell that my old stator has failed?
Unplug the stator and measure with a multimeter. Yellow to Yellow on the alternator side should read 0.4 ohms, plus or minus 20%. Blue between each Green on the pick up should read 150 ohms, plus or minus 20%. From any alternator wire to ground the reading should be O.L, an open circuit. Continuity to ground indicates a shorted winding and the stator should be replaced.
How do I check the part before I order?
Read the number stamped or printed on your original unit and compare it with 21003-Y007. If you cannot find a number, compare the dimensions instead: 35 mm interior diameter, 104 mm exterior diameter and 18 mm thick, with a 700 mm lead from the grommet to the plug.
