This is a brand new aftermarket stator, built as a direct replacement for the original charging coil fitted to the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R of 2004 and 2005. How can I tell that my old stator has failed?

The resistance figures above help confirm it: a healthy unit reads about 0.4 ohms yellow to yellow, and any yellow wire to ground should read open circuit (O.L). Readings well outside those values point to a shorted or open winding.
Will the extra 20% output upset the standard regulator rectifier?
