A brand new aftermarket stator, supplied as a direct replacement for the original unit on the KTM 65 and the Husqvarna TC 65. It is plug-and-play and a direct fit, built on the highest grade of lamination materials and wound with the highest grade of copper, which is rated to withstand 200 degrees Celsius. Every product we ship is tested before it leaves us.
The assembly comes complete with its pick-up pulsar coil, the back plate, the connectors and the rubber grommet, and we also include the opposite connector from the main harness side, as these are often melted, corroded or defective on a hard-worked machine and are a major cause of repeat electrical faults. On a small two-stroke that spends its life in mud, dust and vibration, the ignition side is the first thing to suffer, and a complete new assembly restores both the ignition trigger and the charging output in one job.

Will it fit without modification?
Yes. It is a direct replacement for the original unit on the models and years listed in the fitment table. The back plate is supplied with the assembly, so it bolts straight into the ignition cover and plugs into the standard four-pin connector with no loom modification.
What is included?
The stator with its pick-up pulsar coil, the back plate, the connectors, the rubber grommet and the opposite connector for the main harness side.
How do I tell the old stator has failed?
A weak or intermittent spark, a bike that cuts out when hot, or one that will not fire at all are the usual signs on this engine. With the engine off and the plug disconnected, measure 18 ohms +/- 20% across the source coil, from red to blue, and 100 ohms +/- 20% across the pickup, from white/red to white/green. An open circuit, a badly low reading, or continuity between a winding and the back plate confirms the unit has failed.
Does one stator cover both the KTM and the Husqvarna?
Yes. The KTM 65 and the Husqvarna TC 65 share the same engine and ignition, and both use OEM reference 46239004000. Checking that number on your original unit is the surest way to confirm the fit before ordering.
