This is a brand new aftermarket stator, supplied complete with its pick up pulsar coil, built as a direct replacement for the original charging unit fitted to the Polaris RZR 170 UTV for model years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. It replaces OEM part number 0455068. The unit is a plug-and-play, direct fit and very easy to install, so the loom and the engine cases are left untouched.
The stator uses the highest grade of lamination materials and the highest grade of copper winding, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. The pick up pulsar coil and connector are included, along with the opposite connector for the main harness side. All products shipped are tested. Our part number for this stator is RMS010-104230.

How can I tell that my old stator has failed?
A RZR 170 that flattens its battery over a ride, will not restart when warm, or shows a falling charge voltage at the battery terminals is a candidate. Unplug the stator and measure between each Yellow wire: it should read 0.4 ohms, plus or minus 20%. Green to Blue on the pick up coil should read 100 ohms, plus or minus 20%.
