High Output 500W Stator for Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa and B-King
GSX1300R Hayabusa and B-King - 2008 to 2025 - Part RM01597
This is a brand new aftermarket high output stator for the Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa and the B-King, covering the 2008 to 2025 span. It is a direct replacement for the original Suzuki unit, so it fits the same mounting position in the cover, uses the same wire routing and the same factory plugs, and needs no modification to the loom or to the charging circuit. Installation is plug-and-play.
Where it differs from a standard replacement is output: this unit is rated at 500 watts, which gives headroom for heated kit, auxiliary lighting, a satnav or an alarm without leaving the battery permanently under-charged. The core uses the highest grade lamination materials and the windings the highest grade copper, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius, because a high output stator sitting in hot engine oil is only as good as the insulation on its windings. The pick-up pulsar coil is supplied with the assembly, along with the connector, the rubber grommet, and an additional connector for the main harness side to deal with the corrosion that commonly builds up in that plug. Every unit is tested before it is shipped.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this stator fit without modification?
Yes. Despite the higher output it is a direct replacement for the original unit on the listed models and years, using the same mounting points, the same wire routing and the same factory plugs. No cutting, splicing or adapter loom is required.
What is included in the box?
The stator, the pick-up pulsar coil, the connector, the rubber grommet, and an additional connector for the main harness side so a corroded plug can be renewed during the same job.
How can I tell my old stator has failed?
Look for a battery that will not stay charged, headlights that dim at idle, a bike that cuts out or will not start, or a burnt smell from the stator plug. With a multimeter set to ohms, the alternator windings should read about 0.5 ohms White to White and the pick-up about 239 ohms Blue to Green, each within plus or minus 20 per cent. An open circuit, a near-zero reading, or continuity between any output wire and the engine case means the stator has failed.
What does the 500W rating give me over a standard stator?
It provides extra charging headroom at the same fitment. If heated grips, a heated jacket, auxiliary lights, a satnav and an alarm are all drawing at once, a standard output unit can leave the battery slowly discharging in traffic. The 500W rating gives margin for those loads. The regulator rectifier and the battery must be in good order for that output to be usable.
