This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator built as a direct replacement for the original charging unit fitted to the Suzuki GSXR 600 and GSXR 750. It is plug-and-play and a direct fit, so it goes into the standard mounting position and connects to the existing wiring without cutting or modification. An 18 pole winding and a 650 mm lead from the grommet to the plug mean the unit routes the same way as the original.
The stator is built on the highest grade of lamination materials and wound with the highest grade of copper winding, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. Connectors and a rubber grommet are supplied. RMSTATOR also include the opposite connector for the main harness side, because that connector is often melted, corroded or defective and is a major cause of repeat electrical issues. All products shipped are tested.

What is included in the box?
The stator assembly, the connectors including the opposite connector for the main harness side, and the rubber grommet. Every unit is tested before it is shipped.
How can I tell whether my old stator has failed?
Check the winding resistance with a multimeter. Each pair of the three black output wires should read about 0.6 ohms, within 20 per cent, and no wire should show continuity to the stator body. A shorted, open or badly out of specification winding means the stator has failed.
My GSXR 750 is a 1996 model - is this the right stator?
