Generator Stator for Triumph Daytona 675
Triumph Daytona 675 and Daytona 675 R, 2006-2020 - part RMS010-107393
A brand new aftermarket generator stator for the Triumph Daytona 675 and Daytona 675 R, supplied as a direct replacement for the original unit. It is plug-and-play and a direct fit: the 115 mm outer diameter, 42 mm bore and 18 mm thickness match the factory part, and the harness is made up to the original lengths with the correct connectors already fitted.
Inside, the unit uses the highest grade of lamination material and copper winding rated to 200 degrees Celsius - the specification that matters most on an 18-pole stator packed into a hot triple. The pick-up pulsar coil is supplied on the assembly, so the ignition trigger is renewed at the same time as the charging windings rather than being carried over from a unit that has already been heat-cycled for years. Connectors and the rubber grommet are included.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this stator fit without modification?
Yes. It is a plug-and-play direct fit for the original stator on the Daytona 675 and 675 R, with the factory connectors and wire lengths, so no splicing or drilling is needed. Check the number on your original unit against T1300181 before ordering.
What is included?
The stator assembly, the pick-up pulsar coil, the connectors and the rubber grommet. A crankcase cover gasket is not supplied and should be ordered separately.
How do I know my old stator has failed?
Measure black to black across the alternator windings - it should read 0.6 ohms +/-20%. Then check each winding against the stator body: it must be open loop. Any continuity to ground means the insulation has broken down. A battery that goes flat on a ride, headlights that dim as the revs rise, or charging voltage that never reaches the mid-14 volt range all point the same way.
Why does this stator have two different plug lead lengths?
The assembly carries both the three alternator phases and the pick-up pulsar circuit, and they route to different points on the bike. The alternator lead runs 190 mm from the grommet and the second lead 880 mm, with the pick-up wire measuring 270 mm to the grommet, matching the original routing.
